The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as humanly possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working hard to fulfill your order with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect but we’re trying to be.

Processing

Order processing take places during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Orders received after 2 PM may likely be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping time depends on your location. If you live down the street from us in Miami, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The UPS site quotes but does not guarantee the delivery day. Please allow 2 to 8 business days for domestic delivery.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error you made while entering your shipping address, STAMOS BIEN is NOT responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship your package.STAMOS BIEN is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

Stamos Bien is currently shipping to most of Central and Latin America. Shipping time varies based on your location. The UPS and DHL quotes but does not guarantee the delivery day. Stamos Bien is NOT responsible for additional import duties and or import taxes. STAMOS BIEN is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
